These past 10+ year's I've been serving hotels with a customer service focused outsourced accounting company, Hotel Solutions.  And during this time, I made all the interviewing mistakes out there. You see, my interview process used to be focused on “can this applicant do the job?” and finding a warm body to fill the role as quickly as possible.
